How Our Online Training Works
Learning hypnosis and NLP is a hands-on craft - so our online training is built around live practice, not passive video. Here's exactly what to expect before you enroll.

What a live class actually looks like
Concept & demonstration
Your instructor introduces a technique live and demonstrates it in real time, so you see exactly how it's done before you try it.
Guided breakout practice
You pair up in small breakout rooms to practise the skill hands-on, while instructors move between groups to coach.
Review & refine
We regroup to debrief, answer questions, and refine your technique - then you keep the recording to review anytime.
Technology
What you'll need
- A computer or tablet with a webcam and microphone
- A stable internet connection for video calls
- A free Zoom account (we send the link before each session)
- A quiet, private space where you can practise out loud
No special software beyond Zoom. If you can join a video call and be seen and heard, you're ready.
